• Be honest, what would you do if you saw someone being assaulted? How would you handle the situation?
• What about an incident that’s not as violent, like a bully picking on an underclassman? Would you be willing to step in and do something to help?
• Read Luke 10:25-37 (The Parable of the Good Samaritan). According to Christ, who would be defined as your neighbor? What can you do on a daily basis to show those around you the kind of love Christ defines?
• Why do you think Christ asks us to be merciful to others, especially those in need?
