Galatians 1:10  Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.

 

 

Set: 

Hockey Chat: When a coach sends his players out there, he is sending them to do the best for him.  If the player was to go out there and played just with consideration for the other team, he’d be letting down his coach.  But good players go out there and play for the guy standing behind there bench, and that will always clash with the opposition.

Go: 

Life Lesson:  Who’s approval are you living for?  Your fellow sinners or your Creator?  Are you trying to do what’s right in the eyes of the blind or in the eyes of the One who sees it all?  If you seek the approval of Christ, you might not please all men.  But if you live to look good in the eyes of your fellow man, what might you look like in God’s eyes?
